Thai Curry Marinade
This is a great curry marinade you can use on chicken, fish, or tofu. The curry spice melange blends with the coconut milk, cream of coconut, and Thai basil to bring a great Thai flavour to your kitchen. A great use of that end-of-season basil harvested at the end of the summer! I use the leftover cream of coconut for pina coladas.
ingredients
- 0.25 cups coconut milk
- 1 tbsp SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange
- 1 tbsp cream of coconut
- 10-15 thai basil leaves
instructions
- Chop basil leaves
- Combine chopped basil leaves with Curry Spice Melange, coconut milk, and cream of coconut. Stir until consistent
- Use the marinade to marinade your choice of protein.
