SPICEFIEND BBQ Curry Ribs

Discover the endless possibilities of SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange! Our family has always found novel uses for this amazing spice blend, and these oven-baked ribs have become a must-have for every family gathering. Use store-bought BBQ sauce, or make your own! This dish goes extremely well with curryflower as a side dish.
ingredients
- SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange
- Maple bacon seasoning
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- BBQ sauce (we like to use Sweet Baby Ray's or make our own)
- 1+ rack(s) of pork ribs
- 2 tbsp of water per rack
instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Remove membrane from ribs
- Place each individual rack of ribs in its own sheet of aluminum foil. Cover generously with Curry Spice Melange and maple bacon seasoning
- Wrap each individual rack fully with foil, adding 2 tbsp of water in each rack to maintain moisture
- Bake for 3 hours
- In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce and brown sugar, stirring until consistent
- Remove ribs from oven, uncover foil and glaze ribs with BBQ sauce mixture
- Broil at high for 2 min, until BBQ sauce has caramelized (but not burnt)
- Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
